About the event
What is Noor Riyadh?
Noor Riyadh is part of the Riyadh Art programme and launched in 2021. The fifth edition, themed 'In the Blink of an Eye', ran from 20 November to 6 December 2025 with more than 60 works by 59 artists from 24 countries. Sites included JAX District, King Abdulaziz Historical Centre, Wadi Hanifah, Al Faisaliyah Tower and KAFD Metro Station. A 2027 edition is expected in a similar late-autumn window, subject to announcement.
The festival is free and takes place mostly outdoors at night, which makes it one of the most photographed events in the capital. Riyadh Art reported 14 Guinness World Records for the festival as of 2025. Sponsors and cultural partners need night-time photography and short films that capture the artworks well.
