About the event
What is Soundstorm?
Soundstorm launched in 2019 and is held at Banban, outside Riyadh. The 2025 edition ran from 11 to 13 December, with acts across electronic, hip-hop, rock and pop. The 2026 edition had been set for 3 and 4 December 2026, but ticket holders were told in September 2026 that it would be postponed. Organisers have said they are now working on the 2027 edition; dates have not been announced.
The festival is known for large stage structures, big LED screens and late-night sets. Previous line-ups have included Bruno Mars, DJ Khaled, Eminem and David Guetta. Brand partners and sponsors need fast photo and video coverage of activations and crowd moments, delivered while fans are still talking about the weekend.
