About the event
What is Black Hat MEA?
Black Hat MEA is the Middle East edition of the Black Hat security brand. It is organised by Tahaluf with the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP) and Tuwaiq Academy. The show combines an exhibition floor with technical talks, training and capture-the-flag contests. The 2026 edition runs from 1 to 3 December 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham.
The 2025 edition reported more than 40,000 attendees, over 500 exhibiting brands and more than 330 speakers from over 130 countries, with about two-thirds of the audience in senior roles.
