About the event
What is Cityscape Global?
Cityscape Global brings together developers, investors, government entities and property buyers at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham. It is supported by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate General Authority, and organised by Tahaluf, an Informa joint venture. The 2025 edition ran from 17 to 20 November, and the 2026 edition is set for 16 to 19 November 2026.
The 2025 edition reported more than 164,000 visitors from over 120 countries, 577 exhibitors from 42 countries and about $63 billion in deals and transactions. Large stands, project models and launch events make it a very visual show. Developers need strong photos, walk-through videos and same-day social clips to support sales.
