Expression: a rebuilt website with 250% more organic leads
A2Z rebuilt the Expression Training Center website as a responsive, CRM-integrated WordPress site with fully editable content, preserving existing rankings throughout. The new site delivered 250% more organic leads, a 60%+ increase in organic traffic, 900% newsletter database growth, 57% more time on site and a 15% reduction in bounce rate.
The challenge
Expression Training Center's website was hard to update and was generating only 50 leads a month. Visitors were leaving quickly, with a high bounce rate, and the site offered no mobile experience at a time when most people browse courses on their phones. Every content change was a struggle, so the site could not keep pace with the centre's courses and offers, and it was underperforming as a source of new students.
The objective
Create a user-friendly, responsive website that the centre's team could easily maintain day to day, integrated with its CRM so that every enquiry flows straight into follow-up. All of this had to happen without losing the SEO rankings the existing site had earned, so the rebuild could not start from zero.
Our strategy
We carried out a complete rebuild on WordPress, with every piece of content fully editable by the centre's own team. That removed the bottleneck of a hard-to-update site: courses, pages and offers can now be changed quickly, keeping the site current. The new build is fully responsive, giving mobile visitors a proper experience, and CRM integration means every enquiry captured on the site goes directly into the centre's follow-up process.
Throughout the rebuild, existing rankings were preserved, so the new site started with the search visibility the old one had earned rather than from zero. With a better experience on every device, visitors stayed longer, bounced less and converted more, turning organic traffic into leads and newsletter sign-ups, while visits from social media rose too. The site has become an asset the team can grow, rather than an obstacle to work around.
What you can apply
- If your team cannot update the website easily, it will fall behind your offers; choose an editable CMS.
- A responsive, mobile-friendly design is a lead-generation tool, not just a design detail.
- Connect website forms to your CRM so no enquiry slips through the cracks.
Questions, answered.
Why rebuild a training centre website on WordPress?
WordPress lets non-technical teams edit pages, courses and offers themselves, so the site stays current without waiting for developers. It also supports responsive design, SEO tools and integrations such as CRM and newsletter sign-ups, which makes it a practical choice for centres that update content often.
How does CRM integration help a website generate more leads?
When website forms connect to a CRM, every enquiry is captured automatically with its details and source. Sales or admissions teams can respond faster and track each lead through to enrolment, so fewer enquiries are lost and the business can see which pages and channels bring results.
Can we rebuild our website without losing SEO rankings?
Yes, if search is planned into the rebuild. That means keeping or redirecting existing URLs, carrying over optimised content and metadata, and checking rankings after launch. Done properly, the new site keeps the visibility the old one earned and can then build on it.
