About the event
What is Fi Africa?
Fi Africa focuses on food ingredients and innovation, covering additives, dairy, beverages, flavours, proteins and more. Running alongside ProPak MENA, which covers processing and packaging, it gives manufacturers a single place to source ingredients and production technology. The programme includes trend education and networking sessions aimed at product developers and procurement teams. The event runs over three days at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo, with ProPak MENA in the neighbouring halls.
The organiser expects more than 400 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors from over 40 countries, including food and beverage manufacturers, R&D teams, distributors and buyers. Exhibitors benefit from product photography, demo videos and social content to reach technical audiences. Many exhibitors use the show to present new ingredients and formulations to product developers and buyers from across the region. Clear photography, short demonstration videos and social posts help them explain technical products, follow up with leads and reach customers who could not attend the show.
