About the event
What is Cityscape Egypt?
Cityscape Egypt has been part of the property market for around 25 years. The 2025 exhibition, its 14th edition, was held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center under the auspices of the Cabinet and Ministry of Housing, with over 1,000 projects from more than 80 developers. A Cityscape Egypt Summit for investors and policymakers is planned alongside the 2027 show. The 2027 exhibition runs over four days, from 29 September to 2 October, with the venue to be confirmed by the organiser.
Visitors include home buyers, expatriate Egyptians, Gulf investors, brokers and banks. Developers invest heavily in stands and launches, so professional photography, project videos and live social content are central to their campaigns. Cityscape is one of the busiest weeks of the year for Egyptian property marketing, with many developers launching new phases or payment plans. Planned photography, project videos and same-day social content help developers reach buyers and investors during the show and continue their campaigns afterwards.
