About the event
What is Gulfood Manufacturing?
Gulfood Manufacturing is the industry sister event to Gulfood, focused on ingredients, processing equipment, packaging, automation and supply chain technology for food and drink manufacturers. The 2025 edition ran on 4–6 November 2025, and the 2026 edition is scheduled for 3–5 November 2026, both at Dubai World Trade Centre. The 2027 edition is expected in early November; dates have not yet been published.
Ahead of the 2025 edition, organisers announced around 2,500 exhibitors from 79 countries across 21 halls, a 32% increase on the previous year. Much of what is sold here — production lines, packaging machines, ingredients — is best explained on video. Exhibitors benefit from short demo films and clean product photography they can reuse in sales presentations all year.
