About the event
What is Dubai Airshow?
Dubai Airshow is a biennial aerospace event held in odd-numbered years. It combines a large trade exhibition, static aircraft displays, daily flying displays and conferences on space, defence and future aviation. It is often the setting for major aircraft orders from regional airlines. The organiser has confirmed that the 2027 edition will run from 15 to 19 November 2027 at its usual site next to Al Maktoum International Airport at Dubai World Central.
The 2025 edition, the 19th, recorded 248,788 visitors, more than 1,500 exhibitors, 490 civil and military delegations from 115 countries and announced deals worth over US$202 billion, according to Dubai's Government Media Office. With so many announcements in one week, exhibitors need fast, broadcast-quality content — signing ceremonies, aircraft footage, executive interviews — ready to publish while the news is still moving.
