About the event
What is IREIS?
IREIS brings property developers, brokers and consultants face to face with buyers and investors rather than trade visitors. It showcases projects from Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, as well as international property. The show is approved by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi. Its 15th edition took place from 17 to 19 September 2026, so the 2027 edition is expected around the same time.
Organisers expected more than 3,000 attendees at the 2026 edition, held during a strong period for Abu Dhabi property sales. Because visitors come ready to compare projects, developers benefit from clear project videos, stand photos and fast social posts that keep buyers engaged after the show and support lead follow-up.
