About the event
What is Global Food Week?
Global Food Week brings together food producers, agri-tech firms, traders and policymakers under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. It includes the Global Food Security Summit, an AgriTech Forum, a farmers' market and a hosted buyers programme. The 2025 edition ran from 21 to 23 October and the 2026 edition from 6 to 8 October, so October 2027 is expected.
The 2025 edition drew more than 2,000 exhibitors and brands from 75 countries, over 40,000 visitors and AED 6.6 billion in agreements. The 2026 edition added a consumer-facing element. With buyers moving quickly between halls, exhibitors need product shots, tasting videos and deal-signing photos they can share while the show is still running.
