What is Human Capability Initiative?
The Human Capability Initiative (HCI) is a Saudi-hosted international conference focused on developing people's skills and capabilities. The 2027 edition is built around the theme #TheHumanCode and covers skills, the future of work, education, artificial intelligence and technology. It brings together ministers, international organisations, universities, employers and edtech companies to share policy and practice.
