What is Black Hat MEA?
Black Hat MEA is the Middle East edition of the Black Hat security brand, organised in Riyadh by Tahaluf with the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP) and Tuwaiq Academy. The three-day event combines a large exhibition of security vendors with technical briefings, training, capture-the-flag competitions and talks on threats, cloud security, AI and national cyber defence.
The 2025 edition reported more than 40,000 attendees from over 130 countries, more than 500 exhibiting brands and over 330 speakers, with 67% of attendees described as senior decision-makers. Vendors compete for the attention of a technical, senior audience, so clear stand photography, speaker clips and short explainer videos help them make the most of their presence.
