Cityscape Egypt has been part of the country's property calendar for around 25 years. For 2026 the organiser has adapted the format, citing market complexity, and is hosting a forum built around interactive debate, market intelligence and networking rather than a full exhibition. The previous Cityscape Egypt exhibition in September 2025 was its 14th edition. The organiser describes the forum as focused on education, interactive debate and discussion of the key issues facing the market.
The forum targets developers, investors, ministries, brokers and industry advisers from Egypt and the Gulf.
