About the event
What is Dubai Fitness Challenge?
Launched in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge turns the city into a month-long fitness programme. Free classes, fitness villages and community events run across Dubai, with headline days including Dubai Ride on Sheikh Zayed Road (1 November), Dubai Stand-Up Paddle in Hatta (7–8 November), Dubai Run on Sheikh Zayed Road (22 November) and a closing Dubai Yoga session at Zabeel Park (29 November).
Participation is large: Dubai Run drew a record 307,000 runners in 2025, and Dubai Ride had 40,327 cyclists the same year. For sponsors, gyms, sportswear and wellness brands, the challenge is a month of visible, feel-good moments that need crowd photography, aerial footage and quick social reels. Community events also run in parks and malls across the city.
