About the event
What is Tawdheef x Zaheb?
Tawdheef x Zaheb connects Emirati job seekers, graduates and entrepreneurs with government and private-sector employers. It offers CV clinics, mock interviews, career workshops and an entrepreneurship zone. The 2025 edition ran from 18 to 20 November and the 2026 edition from 17 to 19 November, both under the patronage of H.E. Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, so November 2027 is expected.
For 2026, organisers expected more than 12,000 Emirati visitors, over 100 hiring companies and 1,000-plus job opportunities; 44% of 2025 exhibitors recruited candidates at the event. Employer-brand content filmed on the stand — team interviews, graduate stories and short reels — helps companies stay visible to Emirati talent long after the fair.
