What is World Pro Jiu-Jitsu?
The Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship is described by the Abu Dhabi Media Office as the largest and most prestigious event on the global jiu-jitsu calendar. It includes competition for professionals, masters, juniors and other categories. The 2026 edition is the 18th, following the 17th in November 2025, and is organised with Palms Sports and the Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Pro tour.
About 12,000 athletes are expected over nearly two weeks of competition. With so many matches, academies, athletes and sponsors want fast access to action photos, podium shots and short clips they can share while the event is still running. Sponsors and equipment brands also use athlete profiles and behind-the-scenes video to build audiences in the global jiu-jitsu community.
