About the event
What is Gulfood?
Gulfood brings together food and beverage producers, exporters, distributors, retailers and foodservice buyers from around the world. The show is split into sectors including dairy, meat and poultry, beverages, pulses and grains, fats and oils, and world food, with national pavilions, a start-up area and curated buyer meetings. The 2027 edition moves to March and again runs across two venues.
The 2026 edition, held in January, reported more than 8,500 exhibitors, visitors from over 195 countries and nearly 300,000 attendees across 280,000 square metres, with AED 168 billion in deals announced. Exhibitors compete for buyers' attention in a very large show, so strong product photography, tasting videos and fast social posts matter.
