About the event
What is Dubai Fitness Challenge?
Dubai Fitness Challenge asks residents and visitors to complete 30 minutes of activity a day for 30 days. It includes free fitness villages, community hubs and flagship events such as Dubai Ride and Dubai Run, when Sheikh Zayed Road is closed to traffic. The tenth edition runs from 31 October to 29 November 2026. The 2027 edition is expected in the same period, but dates have not yet been announced.
Dubai's Government Media Office reported more than 3 million participants in 2025, with over 307,000 runners at Dubai Run and 40,327 cyclists at Dubai Ride. For sponsors and fitness brands, the value comes from being seen at scale. Aerial-style crowd shots, activation videos and quick social edits help partners show their role in one of the city's biggest community moments.
