About the event
What is MOTN Festival?
The Mother of the Nation Festival celebrates the values of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, known for her work on women's empowerment. It is a ticketed family festival with themed zones, rides, live music, immersive attractions, food and shopping from local and global brands. The 2025–26 edition ran on Abu Dhabi Corniche from 10 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, with sister editions in other locations.
DCT Abu Dhabi lists attendance at about 160,000 visitors a year. Food brands, retailers and sponsors run pop-ups over several weeks, so regular content drops such as reels, stories and photo sets help them keep footfall steady across the festival. Evening lighting, crowds and themed zones also make it a strong setting for lifestyle and family-focused brand content.
